Data provided voluntarily:

• Name – when filling out the contact form
• Email address – when filling out the contact form
• Telegram ID – when using the bot

Data collected automatically:

• IP address
• Browser and device type
• Website usage data (via cookies and similar technologies)
• Advertising campaign parameters (UTM) and, after consent, Google Ads click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID
• Diagnostic bot events: command or button type, setup stage, and processing result. This log does not store message contents or search URLs

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed for:

• Providing the listing monitoring service and sending notifications via Telegram
• Processing subscription payments (via Stripe)
• Responding to inquiries sent through the contact form
• Improving the Service and statistical analysis
• Analyzing the bot setup stages where users encounter difficulties
• Measuring whether an ad click led to a bot start, trial activation, or subscription purchase

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Data is processed based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract (service provision)
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (analytics, advertising measurement, and contact form)
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller (security and service improvement)

5. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with:

• Stripe – for payment processing
• Telegram – to the extent necessary for bot operation
• Google – for Google Analytics and Google Ads according to your cookie settings
• Hosting – hosting service provider (Hetzner Online GmbH)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention Period

• Account and subscription data – for the duration of service use and up to 30 days after termination
• Diagnostic bot events – together with the related account data
• Contact form data – up to 12 months from submission
• Analytics data – up to 26 months
• Data connecting an advertising click with a bot account – up to 90 days from the click, unless longer retention is required for accounting or legal claims

8. Cookies

Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are denied by default and receive consent only after your selection.
