Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Monitor Ofert service, available at monitor-ofert.pl and through bots on the Telegram messenger (hereinafter: "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1.3. The Service is not affiliated with OLX, Otodom, or Otomoto. We are not representatives of these platforms. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Service Description

2.1. Monitor Ofert is a service that monitors new listings on Polish classified platforms, including simultaneous search across OLX and Otodom (real estate) and simultaneous search across Otomoto and OLX (cars and motorcycles).

2.2. The system regularly checks for new listings matching the User's search criteria and sends notifications via the Telegram messenger.

2.3. The User provides a search URL from the chosen platform with configured filters. The system monitors this URL and informs about new listings.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Using the Service requires a Telegram messenger account.

3.2. Registration is done by launching the bot in Telegram and following the instructions.

3.3. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose.

4. Trial Period and Subscription

4.1. New Users can take advantage of a free 5-day trial period.

4.2. After the trial period, the User can choose one of the available subscription plans, starting from 50 PLN per month.

4.3. Payments are processed through the external Stripe system. Monitor Ofert does not store payment card data.

4.4. Subscriptions renew automatically. The User can cancel at any time through the Telegram bot.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. The User agrees to:

  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not take actions that may disrupt the Service
  • Not share account access with third parties

5.2. The User has the right to:

  • Use the Service according to the chosen subscription plan
  • Manage searches (add, edit, delete)
  • Cancel the subscription at any time
  • Request deletion of their data

6. Liability

6.1. Monitor Ofert makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% availability.

6.2. Monitor Ofert is not responsible for:

  • Content of listings published on external platforms
  • Notification delivery delays caused by external factors
  • Changes in the operation of OLX, Otodom, and Otomoto that may affect the service
  • Decisions made by the User based on received notifications

6.3. Monitor Ofert reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance.

7. Refunds

7.1. The User can cancel the subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

7.2. Refunds for unused periods are possible within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Monitor Ofert reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.

8.2. Users will be notified of significant changes via Telegram or the website at least 14 days in advance.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
